Working together, we’ll identify obstacles and fears and take action steps that will lead to a successful transition into the next chapter of your life.
Groups/Workshops: Groups are typically run with a minimum of 4 , to a max of 8 weeks. All groups can also be held as a one time just the basics workshop *
- Life Transitions, making the most out of “retirement” : Allows exploration into the concept of “retirement”… money, work, volunteering, wellness, with a focus on your unique possibilities. Discover how you will make the most out of the next chapter in your life? Certified facilitator of the 2young2retire program.
- Clear the Clutter from Your Life: A safe place for self-identified clutter’s to come together for support and resources.
- Reminiscing and Journaling: Life review is a powerful way to gain insight into how the decisions you, or others made for you, shaped your life. Helping you let go of the past and start living for the future.

Six week support group to discuss clutter, share challenges & resources, set goals and meet others who struggle with keeping up with it all.
Wednesdays, January 12th ending on February 16th , 2011 6:30 -7:45 p.m. held at Sutton Home for Women, 7 Sewall Street in historic downtown Peabody.
